The Quincy Park Public Improvement District (PID) Advisory Board is requesting qualifications for Design, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, or Architecture and Engineering services to develop design specifications for stormwater drainage improvements on the southeastern area of the park, adjacent to the Quitman Avenue and 91st Street intersection, at 9002 Rochester Avenue, Lubbock, Texas 79424. The initial agreement duration is six months, with one optional six-month extension. There is an optional scope of work expansion for construction management and oversight for the drainage improvement project, which may add an additional six months to the contract with another optional six-month extension. The firm selected for this expansion will have the opportunity to negotiate management and oversight fees with City Staff. Question Deadline 03/27/2026 at 4:00 PM CT Online Portal .
