Electronic bids will be received for Project 26051A, Reading Powerhouse Roof Replacement at the University of Cincinnati. Bidders may submit requests for consideration of proposed substitutions for specified products, equipment, or services to the Architect/Engineer no later than 10 days prior to the bid opening. Substitutions may only be accepted by written Addendum. Bids must comply with the version of the "State of Ohio Standard Requirements for Public Facility Construction" included in the Contract Documents. Prevailing Wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements apply. The project is subject to the State of Ohio's Encouraging Diversity, Growth, and Equity (EDGE) Business Development Program, with an EDGE Participation Goal of 0 percent. Bidders must indicate, on the electronic Bid Form or by attachment, the locations where services will be performed, in accordance with requirements related to providing services only within the United States, and affirm compliance with Executive Order 2022-02D prohibiting purchases from or investment in any Russian institution or company. Domestic steel use requirements apply as specified in Ohio Revised Code Section 153.011. Bidders are encouraged to be enrolled in and in good standing with a Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) Program approved by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation prior to submitting a bid and provide relevant information about their enrollment. The contractor is responsible for scheduling the project, coordinating subcontractors, and providing other services identified in the contract documents.
