The paving must be completed by 28 August 2026; some finishing works may be completed in September 2026. Detailed description of the construction works The project involves developing the car park and the school playground. The imminent closure of the church means we need to expand our car park so that we no longer have to use the one behind the church. The school playground needs to be fully developed to include play and relaxation areas for all pupils (secondary, AIBL-Primary Years 5 and 6, CDM and AZUR). Deadline for submitting queries The CSSA reserves the right not to consider any request for clarification that does not result in an amendment to the tender documents, submitted by the service provider five working days or less before the deadline for the receipt of tenders.
