Interested bidders are directed to review the full Invitation to Bid on the Owner's website. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. $650,000 to $700,000 The Contract participation rates prescribed by State of Connecticut agencies are 3% of the total Contract Price for MBEs and 5% of the total Contract price for WBEs. Question Deadline 04/10/2026 Interpretations of the meaning of the Plans, Specifications, or other pre-bid documents will not be made to any Bidder orally. Any request for interpretation shall be made by the Bidder in writing using the link provided on Southington Water Departments website. For consideration, such requests must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
