Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and other necessary resources to perform a complete Service Life Extension Program refit and maintenance service for an Eaton 9390 Uninterruptible Power Supply system. Work includes replacing internal UPS electronics such as the Mini CSB, Static Switch, Power Modules, Control Board, Interface Board, Power Supplies, and Terminal Blocks, replacing forty 390n Watt batteries, cleaning contactors, and inspecting all system components. Services include providing a one-year service plan with corrective maintenance coverage on a 7x24 basis, one-year parts and labor coverage, and guaranteed 8-hour onsite emergency response time. All work shall comply with NEC, NFPA 99, UL, OSHA, VA, and applicable Federal, State, and local codes. Equipment uptime must reach or exceed 95 percent availability during normal operating hours, and all preventive maintenance must follow manufacturer specifications. Emergency repair services shall be provided in accordance with required response times. Location: William S.
