Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

A general description of the work to be done includes the upgrade of existing Motorola Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) controls to Rockwell Allen-Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). The existing serial radio system will be replaced with cellular communication equipment at 81 sites and includes, but is not limited to, demolition, removal, replacement, installation of new equipment and/or modifications to existing equipment. All SCADA programming services, including the PLC, HMI, OIT, network switches, and cellular routers for all sites, will be provided by the Owner. Pre-qualification requirements: Bids will be received only from companies that are pre-qualified by the District's Engineering Department for Building Construction or Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing.
