Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Murphy, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

A. This project consists of the following work. 1. Replacing the roof systems & components of 6 structures, including the demolition of 3 small chimneys, and replacing the fascia/returns and gutter systems of 4 structures. All roof slopes are moderately low, averaging approximately a 5:12 pitch. 2. Painting/Staining a front entry archway, exterior restroom, 3 exterior doors and garage door trim. 3. Complete removal of 4 trees. 4. Replacing 1 exterior door (provided by USFS) and installing 2 new exterior doors (provided by Contractor). 5. Replacing two existing garage doors. The doors are roughly 10' wide by 10' tall, and the work includes replacing and re-configuring the garage door trim inside & out and painting the trim. 6. Finishing the Flammable Storage building electrical, block vents, and interior block wall painting (1 coat, FS provides paint). B. Project Locations 1.
