Roof replacement at the Missouri Athletic Training Center, University of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri. Bids must be submitted through the UM System Construction Management Software. Project consists of Remove all existing roof systems down to the structural roof deck, install a selfadhered vapor barrier, and provide an insulation assembly consisting of one 2-inch layer of polyisocyanurate and one 1.5-inch layer of polyisocyanurate adhered with low-rise foam to meet FM 1-90 requirements, followed by the installation of a 5/8- inch high-density gypsum cover board adhered with low-rise foam using the FM 1- 90 ribbon method with a minimum 12-inch stagger. Provide butyl sealant or butyl tape at all surface-mounted counterflashing attachment points, and install three distinct roofing system materials such as PVC and EPDM with a metal roof system overlay, each designed to qualify for a minimum 20-year No Dollar Limit manufacturer's warranty. Install three new roof drains at Roof Section 24 using an approved licensed plumber coordinated through the roofing contractor and remove approximately six abandoned roof vents with new metal decking installed to infill the resulting openings. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
