Highway and/or bridge design and engineering services, as well as other engineering, planning, and architectural services in support of highway, street, and bridge construction projects for Federal Land Management Agencies within the continental United States and its territories. Work includes highway and bridge design and related engineering services; secondary services may include geotechnical, hydraulics and hydrology, survey and mapping, traffic and safety engineering, structural engineering, planning and/or scoping, value engineering, environmental compliance, landscaping, architectural and architecturally related services, and additional engineering services as required. All work must be performed or approved by a registered Professional Engineer, and all electronic plans and specifications must be compatible with Google Workspace, OpenRoads, OpenBridge Designer, and other FHWA-approved software. Familiarity with the FHWA is desired and expertise with AASHTO policies is required. Interested firms must demonstrate specialized experience, professional qualifications, capacity to accomplish work, and past performance. Firms are to submit Part I of the SF 330 for the prime or joint venture firm, and Part II for each member of the proposed team or subcontractors; joint ventures must also submit their Joint Venture Agreement. The SF 330 should be completed per instructions and may be expanded to address the selection criteria.
