This competitive RFP allows the DPW to solicit interest, evaluate respondents and award one or more respondents with service contracts. The contract duration is anticipated for 3 years, with two subsequent one-year renewals. The typical annual value of Regular, Emergency, and Related Services at the DPW is estimated at $250,000 per year. Please note that the BPW may issue, at its sole discretion, single or multiple contracts with or without specific assignment of projects, and reserves that right at its sole discretion to cancel this RFP prior to ratifying any contract. The issuance of this RFP and award of a contract does not obligate the DPW to assign subsequent work.
