Pleasant campuses. This project is slated to begin in the Spring of 2026 and is divided into two primary work authorizations: the modernization of existing facilities (Phase I) and the full-scale installation for a new construction project (Phase II). Vendors may bid on one or both phases, as well as bid on the equipment and/or data cable installation/mounting/precision position of cameras, portions of the RFP. General Requirements - Certification/Training - Installation Required - Insurance Required - License Required - Training Required - Warranty Information Required Award Requirements - Reserve Rights to Award by Line Item Mid reserves the right to reject any or all proposals that do not adhere to the general conditions. All pricing, terms, and conditions shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the due date of the proposal or until the time Mid takes official action on the proposals. The proposal shall include line-item detail pricing to ensure an accurate evaluation of the proposal. Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:Phase 1 by June 30, 2026 & Phase 2 October 30 2026 Scope of Work - Phase I: Harrison and Mt. Pleasant Campuses (Existing Buildings) The selected vendor will be responsible for upgrading 74 legacy cameras and the addition of 15 new cameras. Camera Upgrades (74 cameras & mounts): Services must include the installation, mounting, and precision positioning of the cameras. New Installations (15 cameras & mounts): Services must include the deployment of necessary data cabling Black CAT6 plenum rated cable Wall jacks/plates (labeled per our specification) Data cable runs to closest IDF Punch down to existing patch panels Testing/certification Installation, mounting, and positioning of the cameras. Patch cables: The vendor will provide a patch cable (black CAT6 cable) from each of the new installation cameras (15) to the adjacent wall/ceiling jack installed by the vendor. Hardware Specifications: (68) Axis P3278-LV 8MP - 4K (14) Axis P3827-PVE 180 degree view (2) Axis P3738-PLE - 270/360 view (4) Axis P3278-LVE - outdoor (1) Axis Axis Q1806 The installation for this portion of the project must be completed by June 30, 2026. Warranty of items for phase I must not begin until installation begins in May/June, 2026. Pleasant Morey Event Center (New Construction) This phase involves a comprehensive surveillance build-out for the new Morey Event Center. New Installations (21 cameras & mounts): The vendor will provide full installation, mounting, and positioning for all cameras. Patch cables: The vendor will provide a patch cable (black CAT6 cable) from each camera to the adjacent wall/ceiling jack (already installed by the owner). Hardware Specifications: (8) Axis P3278-LV 8MP - 4K (10) Axis P3827-PVE 180 degree view (3) Axis P3738-PLE - 270/360 view The installation for this portion of the project is slated for September 2026. Camera warranty must not begin until installation starts in September, 2026. The drawings showing camera locations for this phase of the project can be found on Bidnet. Timeline: Issue Date: March 17, 2026. Walkthrough Date: March 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Proposal Due Date: April 2, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Estimated Award Date: May 6, 2026.
