Pleasant campuses. This project is slated to begin in the Spring of 2026 and is divided into two primary work authorizations: the modernization of existing facilities (Phase I) and the full-scale installation for a new construction project (Phase II). Vendors may bid on one or both phases, as well as bid on the equipment and/or data cable installation/mounting/precision position of cameras, portions of the RFP. Pleasant Campuses (Existing Buildings) The selected vendor will be responsible for upgrading 74 legacy cameras and the addition of 15 new cameras. Camera Upgrades (74 cameras & mounts): Services must include the installation, mounting, and precision positioning of the cameras. New Installations (15 cameras & mounts): Services must include the deployment of necessary data cabling Black CAT6 plenum rated cable Wall jacks/plates (labeled per our specification) Data cable runs to closest IDF Punch down to existing patch panels Testing/certification Installation, mounting, and positioning of the cameras. Patch cables: The vendor will provide a patch cable (black CAT6 cable) from each of the new installation cameras (15) to the adjacent wall/ceiling jack installed by the vendor.
