As of June 01 2026 project was awarded to Cook Consulting, LLC, awarded amount is $210,472.50 The project consists of installation of an 8" force main, 12" gravity sewer, 14" steel casing, 20" steel casing, removal and demolition of the existing force main and discharge manhole, and appurtenances. Bidders must bid on all items of the contract. The whole work under this contract will be awarded as a single contract to the lowest responsible bidder for the work. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Cashier's Check upon any solvent Bank or Trust Company, payable without reserve to the Oklahoma Ordnance Works Authority/MidAmerica Industrial Park, Pryor Creek, Oklahoma, in an amount not less than five percent of the total amount of the bid. Bid security of the two low bidders will be retained until approval of contract and execution of satisfactory bonds by the successful bidder, or until other disposition on the bids is made. Bidders must purchase plans and specifications from Holloway, Updike and Bellen, Inc. either directly for paper plans and specifications or through the website for download, and must be on the plan holders list at Holloway, Updike and Bellen, Inc. in order to submit a bid. The required bonds will be a Performance Bond, a Payment Bond, and a Maintenance Bond, each in the full amount of the contract. The Authority will not accept letters of credit in lieu of any bond required herein. The bidder must supply all the information required by the bid and proposal form including completion of affidavits or the bid will be considered incomplete and therefore rejected. The Authority may request of any bidder, before his bid is considered for award, that he submit a statement of facts as to his previous experience in performing work of the same character and magnitude, as to his business and technical organization, financial resources and plant available to be used in performing the contemplated work. Each bidder must have such information, together with a recent financial statement, available upon request. Contract is to be awarded to the low responsive responsible bidder. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding and the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act. Conditional bids will not be accepted.
