Site work for a power facility in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
Bidders are required to pay for documents. However, downloads are available for free by selecting Electronic Delivery as the delivery method on the online order form and paying via credit card. Multiple contracts for this Project include the following: a. General Construction. b. Mechanical Construction. c. Electrical Construction. Fuel Storage Replacement - 3100 Railroad Avenue, Bismarck, North Dakota 58506 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The project consists of the installation of a new 14,500 gallon above ground diesel fuel storage tank for the boilers, emergency generator and equipment for the prison facility to include the following. a. The installation of the new fuel lines from the new tank to the existing boilers and emergency generator. b. The installation of a concrete slab to support the tank. c. The installation of concrete retaining walls on three sides of the tank. d. Miscellaneous metals. e. Sitework associated with removal of existing UG fuel storage tanks. 2. Demolition Work: a. The removal of the existing Underground 14,500 gallon storage tank for the boiler and emergency generator along with the associated site improvements. b. The removal of existing Underground storage tanks for fueling vehicles and equipment; three 500-gallon. c. Removal of concrete fueling island for vehicles along with the associated site improvements. d. The removal of the existing waste oil from the UG waste oil storage tank by the Owner and the filling of the tank with a flowable inert material by the general contractor. 3. Schedule of Work: a. Removal of the fueling island (31 2000 - 3.3C) and three UG 500 gallon fuel tanks (31 2000 -3.3B). b. Installation of the concrete retaining walls and concrete slab on grade to support the new fuel tank. c. Installation of the new 14,500 gallon Above Ground fuel tank and new fuel lines to interior boilers and emergency generator, see Mechanical and Electrical. d. Work as described in Item #4, existing waste oil UG tank, (31 2000 - 3.3D). e. Removal of the existing 14,500 gallon Underground fuel tank, (31 2000 - 3.3A). Question Deadline 03/26/2026 submit to the Architect a written request for interpretation or correction thereof, not later than seven (7) days before the bids will be opened.
