Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Concord, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

The work includes, but is not limited to, construction of a terraced garden, restroom addition, playground, stepped SCM feature, aviary area, overlook structure and plaza, gravel trails, and paved asphalt trails, with all associated grading, stormwater infrastructure, utilities, erosion control, and plantings at the site. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of North Carolina. Bids must be notarized and submitted in a sealed envelope. The City will receive bids on a unit price basis. A Bid Bond is required with each bid. The successful bidder must furnish a Construction Performance Bond and a Construction Payment Bond. Contractors and subcontractors must conform to the labor standards set forth in the contract documents. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, considering quality, performance, and time for completion.
