Paving and renovation of an educational facility in Gull Lake, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,955-square-foot educational facility.

The existing roof was installed in about 2005 as an adhered SBS membrane roof over EPS insulation. There has been movement in the system and the SBS membrane is wrinkled and has pulled away from the parapet. The intent is to remove the existing SBS membrane down to the EPS insulation, fill voids at the joints in the EPS with mineral wool insulation and install 1 inch poly-iso insulation and an SBS roof system - mechanically fastened. The roof area is approximately 6,955 square feet (646 square meters).
