Renovation of a municipal facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The work includes but may not be limited to removal of existing flooring, toilet partitions, millwork, plumbing fixtures, concrete block and patching and repair of existing surfaces to make good. Construction of a new Personal Care Washroom and adjacent Gender-Neutral Washroom in an existing Changing Room. Construction will include new ceramic tile flooring, interior painting, new washroom accessories, new millwork and associated mechanical and electrical work. Protection of interior spaces from dust and debris under Work area, and final cleaning of interior areas affected by the Work is to be included.
