Contractors are invited to submit an offer for Garden Hills Academy Restroom Renovation. Question Deadline 04/07/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Email: aaron.merchant@bldd.com and liz.kessinger@bldd.com. Use the following subject line: "Garden Hill Academy Restroom Renovation Bid Question". The project consists of a restroom expansion at Garden Hills Academy at 2001 Garden Hills Dr. Champaign, IL 61821. A single stipulated sum bid will be received for all work. Bidders must submit a Bid Bond and a Performance and Payment Bond. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The successful bidder must agree to conform to the current rules and regulations of the Fair Employment Practices Commission and comply with the provisions of Equal Employment Opportunity. Contractors shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. The District encourages the participation of Minority and Female Business Enterprises (MBE/FBE), with target goals of 12% MBE and 8% FBE participation. Other pertinent information applicable to the form of the Bid, the manner of its submission, and required accompanying documents are included in the Specifications and other Contract Documents.
