Sealed bids will be received for the following items: 1,500 tons of #57 crushed aggregate, 2,000 tons of #67 crushed aggregate, 100 tons of #8 aggregate—all delivered to the stockpile at the Township Building, 401 Beham Ridge Road, West Alexander, PA 15376. Also included is 7,000 gallons of No. 2 diesel fuel (low sulfur) to be delivered to the tank at the same location, with an escalator clause applying to fuel bids. All quantities are approximate. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Spring Bid," using forms provided by West Finley Township, available at the Municipal Building or by phone request. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond of 10% of the bid, payable to West Finley Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Bids may not be withdrawn for ninety days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
