This Request for Proposal identifies a business opportunity for the successful Proponent to undertake the renewal of structural, mechanical, and building envelope components at the Lands End Cafe at Swartz Bay Terminal. The scope of work includes replacement of timber columns, reconstruction of the north facade and clerestory windows, installation of a dedicated return air duct system, and full replacement of Roof #9.
