The Town is seeking complete bid submissions from qualified contractors to supply the necessary labour, equipment, and services to complete lawn maintenance (grass cutting) for the 2026 season as per the General Requirements and Specifications as directed by the Manager of Operations or their designate. The requirements cover lawn maintenance for the 2026 summer season, effective May 1 to October 31, 2026. The Town reserves the right to add or delete an area or adjust the frequency of cutting as needed. The contractor will be paid based on the number of times an area is cut.
