Description

Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Corvallis, Oregon. Design plans call for the construction of a conference / convention center; municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for outdoor lighting for a conference / convention center; and for paving for a conference / convention center.

This project will modernize the cluster of municipal buildings located at 5th Street and Madison Avenue. Together, these facilities make up the Civic Campus, which houses many of the City’s essential services, including City Hall, Municipal Court, and financial operations. The broader plan also includes evaluating a proposed new Police Station that would be constructed adjacent to the Civic Campus. As of March 19, 2026, the project is in preliminary design stage and in the process of obtaining funding. The construction document completion timeline has not been released.
