Salt Lake City Community Reinvestment Agency (CRA) offers Parry Block, a 2.33-acre development opportunity on the western edge of downtown Salt Lake City, bounded by 600 West, 100 South, and Dansie Drive. The property is zoned in the Gateway Mixed-Use District, which allows for a building 75' to 180' tall, housing a variety of uses including multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, and light industrial. The site provides easy access to downtown amenities and transportation. The project requirements include a minimum of 116 residential units with 50% to be sold as condos, at least 10,000 leasable square feet dedicated to arts uses, a commitment of 1.5% of hard costs to public art, sustainable design features including all-electric building and net-zero electric operations, and limited surface parking.
