Electronic proposals will be received online through the City of Inver Grove Heights’ online electronic bid system for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of approximately 706.5 ROAD STA of routing and sealing bituminous pavement cracks and 140 HR of street sweeping with a pickup broom. Only online electronic bids will be accepted. Instructions for online bidding are included in the Project Specifications. Bid bonds must be payable to the City of Inver Grove Heights in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages if the bid is accepted and the bidder fails to promptly enter a written contract and furnish the required bond. The City of Inver Grove Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
