Sealed bids are requested for the construction of 4,206 linear feet of 10-inch HDPE water mains to be installed via Jack & Bore trenchless and open cut methods. Bids will be received electronically via the secure SAWS FTP site or through sealed bids delivered to Contract Administration at 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Tower II, Customer Center Building, San Antonio, Texas 78212. Electronic bids must include a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price. Sealed bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
