Electronic proposals are solicited to provide labor, services, and material under the guidance of the Director of Public Works for the lining of two existing 72-inch pipes in accordance with proposal documents. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting to review work requirements and specifications. All potential proposers may attend the meeting in person. Question Deadline 03/31/2026 at 4:30 PM ET Proposers shall submit all inquiries or requests for interpretation as to the meaning of the Specifications and Contract Documents (as defined in the Town of Ellington Contract) via the Town's Procurement Portal.
