Major quantities for the Work include: 21,000 cubic yards of common excavation, 12,000 cubic yards of common embankment, 3,000 cubic yards of aggregate base class 5, 24,400 square yards of full depth reclamation (FDR), 10,400 tons of bituminous surfacing, 2,100 linear feet of RC storm sewer pipe, 20 drainage structures, 2,400 square feet of concrete walk with sand bedding, 4,900 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 570 square feet of sign panel, 4 acres of turf establishment, and 16,000 linear feet of 4-inch multi-comp line paint. Bids will ONLY be received electronically via Online and an additional $42 fee is charged at submission. Contractors must be on the plan holders list through Online for bids to be accepted. Bid security of 5 percent of the Bid is required. Contractors must submit a signed statement verifying compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. The Work is subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with the State of Minnesota.
