Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to construct the entrance road, parking lot, and parking lot lighting. The work includes the following approximate quantities: asphalt pavement removal (2,575 SY); unclassified excavation (1,181 CY) 6" base course (2,678 SY); reinforced concrete pipe (48 LF); 8" NDOT concrete pavement (210 SY); 6" NDOT concrete pavement (2,366 SY); pavement marking; area lighting; seeding; and erosion control blanket. Contractor's bidding need not be pre-qualified but shall be qualified to do the work. No prebid meeting.
