The work under this Contract will include private lead service line replacements at locations where the City of West Allis has previously replaced the portion of the water service located under the street. The scope involves lead abatement, water utilities, plumbing, trenchless utility construction, waterlines, removal and replacement of pipe, directional drilling, concrete formed flatwork foundation, concrete repair, sawcutting sidewalk pavement, sewer and water construction, traffic control, water wastewater infrastructure, electrical, televising sewers, and work at water and wastewater facilities.
