Site work for a water / sewer project in Humble, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project involves the installation of approximately 3,000 linear feet of 16-inch diameter water line to connect the existing 16-inch water line from Well No. 6 to the ground storage tank at Well No. 9. It also includes the installation of a 12-inch disinfection booster station at the Well No. 9 site, as well as all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required to complete the project. Bidders are responsible for inspecting the site and informing themselves regarding all local conditions under which the work is to be performed. Bid security in the amount of five percent of the greatest amount bid must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond in an amount of 100% of the total contract price. The contractor and all subcontractors must pay not less than the prevailing wage rates for the area as determined by the owner and listed in the project manual. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, machinery, equipment and all materials necessary to complete this project in accordance with the contract documents.
