Sealed bids are invited for the State Highway 11 & E. 86th St. N., J/P 31095(06) Waterline Relocation project for the Sperry Utility Services Authority in Sperry, Oklahoma. All work and materials must comply with the prepared Plans and Specifications. Bidders may obtain electronic copies of all documents upon request. Each sealed bid must include a Non-collusion Affidavit, Business Relationship Affidavit, Experience and Equipment Questionnaire, and a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bidder's Surety Bond equal to 5% of the bid amount. Construction, Maintenance, and Statutory Payment Bonds at 100% of the contract price, with a licensed Corporate Surety, are required, including a Maintenance Bond for one year after acceptance of the work. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. All required bid documents and affidavits must be completed for consideration. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act. Conditional bids will not be accepted.
