The project consists of the alteration of approximately 2,415 square feet of existing office and support spaces inside a one-story, non-sprinklered masonry building with a 997-square-foot mechanical mezzanine. Work includes structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm upgrades required to modernize the facility. The requirement will be solicited as a fixed-price construction contract with a period of performance of 240 days after Notice to Proceed, anticipated around June or July 2026. Participation is set aside for SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses under NAICS Code 236220 with a size standard of $45 million. A complete solicitation package, including all plans, specifications, wage determinations, clauses, provisions, and the SF-1442, will be published on SAM.gov on or after April 1, 2026. The solicitation will identify the date, time, and location for the site inspection and data examination, and offerors will have approximately 30 days to submit responses.
