Bids must be received in sealed envelopes with the vendor's complete name, address, and closing date on the outside. All bids must be marked 'MUNICIPAL ROADS DRILLING ACTIVITIES FUND STREET REPAIRS' and submitted to City Hall by 9:00 am on April 30, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at City Hall. The bid will be awarded to the lowest best bidder(s) as determined by the city. Bidders must guarantee unit prices, verify worker's compensation coverage and general liability, and submit a business relationship affidavit and non-collusion certification. Bidders must comply with Federal Laws and Oklahoma Statutes, register at SAM.gov with a valid UEI number, and adhere to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
