Renovation of a municipal facility in Stoneham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Town of Stoneham, through its Town Administrator, invites sealed bids for constructions services for a downtown redesign in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Stantec Consulting Services Inc. This project consists of excavation, fine grading, hot mix asphalt and cement concrete paving, curb setting, installation of traffic signal equipment, installation of pedestrian scale lighting, painting pavement markings, fabricating and installing signage, installing site furnishings, landscaping, etc. The estimated project value is ($4,000,000). All questions and requests for clarification must be received via email to April Lanni (alanni@stoneham-ma.gov) by March 27, 2026 by 5:00 pm.
