The work must be carried out between 1 June 2026 and 30 October 2026. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender bond equivalent to 10% of the total tender amount, excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified cheque, bank draft, irrevocable letter of guarantee, postal order or tender bond valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of tenders and issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a licence issued in accordance with the Insurance Act (RLRQ, c. A-32) authorizing it to carry on surety insurance business, a trust company holding a licence issued under the Trust and Savings Companies Act (RLRQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative covered by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (RLRQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (L.C., 1991, c. 46), failing which the tender shall be automatically rejected.
