Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in South Elgin, Illinois. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The project consists of procurement of two tube-in-tube heat exchangers to be incorporated in the anaerobic digestion system at the A.D. Pagorski Water Reclamation Facility. The vendor will be contracted to provide specific goods and special services related to furnishing this equipment. The equipment will be installed under a separate contract with a contractor to be selected by the District. Each bid shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount not less than ten percent of the bid, payable to the Fox River Water Reclamation District. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or parts of any and all bids, to waive any technical errors or omissions in any bid, to modify or eliminate the scope of work, to award all or part of the scope of work, and to accept any bid in its entirety or any part thereof if, in the judgment of the District, the best interests of the District will be promoted thereby. Bids shall not be withdrawn and shall remain subject to acceptance for a period of thirty days after the bid opening date.
