Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals required to remove twelve existing damaged domestic water heaters and replace them with twelve new commercial-grade tankless domestic hot water heater systems, along with the installation of one new water softener. The new systems shall provide capacity and performance equal to or greater than the existing domestic hot water system and be suitable for the facility's domestic water demand and site conditions. Work includes providing new, current-production equipment that meets applicable energy codes and standards; proper sizing for flow and temperature rise requirements; and installation of all required accessories such as mounting hardware, isolation and service valves, filters or strainers, condensate neutralizers, drain connections, resin tanks, control valves, bypass assemblies, brine tank components, and resin media suitable for commercial applications. All work shall be completed within 122 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Location: Federal Correctional Institution Mendota, 33500 West California Avenue, Mendota, CA 93640.
