HVAC Upgrades, Addition and Alterations at Multiple Schools: Clifton T. Barkalow Middle School, Dwight D. Eisenhower Middle School, Joseph J. Catena School, Laura Donovan Elementary School, and West Freehold Elementary School for the Freehold Township Board of Education. The work is to be executed in accordance with drawings and project manuals together with all incidental work. All bidders must use and complete all bid forms provided in the manner designated and must comply with all requirements in the instructions and specifications. Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope with the project name clearly marked, accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond for Ten Percent (10%) of the bid, not to exceed $20,000. Bidders must be classified in C008 or C009 trades by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, DPMC. Subcontractors for Structural Steel, Plumbing, HVAC, and/or Electric must be prequalified prior to bid submission. Each bid must include proof of DPMC classification status.
