Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Replace all underground steam and condensate distribution lines serving Buildings 1, 3, 4, 10, and 21 on the Fayetteville campus, including providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, administration, design-build architect and engineering services, investigations, project supervision, and construction period services needed for a complete and operational system. Work includes designing and constructing fully compliant steam and condensate utilities that allow the existing live steam distribution system to remain operational during construction, demolishing all abandoned steam and condensate piping, structures, and related equipment, and modifying or replacing underground structures as required. All design and construction shall comply with VA Design Guides, VA Master Specifications, VA Physical Security Design requirements, and all applicable codes including IBC, NFPA, and OSHA. The effort includes all phases of design-build development needed to deliver a fully functional, code-compliant utility system meeting VA standards. RFI's are due, utilizing Exhibit E, by 16 April 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT 14 calendar days prior to the date set for receipt of proposals or as amended and will not be accepted after this date.
