Levesque Building located at 12 Rue Saint-Louis in Quebec City. Work is expected to begin between 8 May and 8 June 2026. An information session, followed where appropriate by a site visit, will be conducted by the Company's project manager. Interested bidders are requested to attend at 11.00 am on 27 March 2026 at 12 Rue Saint-Louis, Quebec (Quebec) G1R 5L3. Attendance at this session is strongly recommended. The public opening of tenders takes place on the date and at the time specified for the receipt of tenders. The only way for anyone to attend this opening is to watch it live online at the address provided for this purpose in the Supplementary Instructions.
