Decarb Renovation Phase 2: Stadium Courts. Removal and disposal of two layers of siding, windows, and exterior doors. Air sealing, insulating, re-cladding exterior walls for 12 residential townhouse buildings at Stadium Courts family development (86 dwelling units). Re-roof porch roofs and sections of high roofs beside walls being reclad. Removal and installation of new circuits for wall-mounted fixtures and new receptacles at porches. Removal of clothes dryer exhaust ducts and installation of new ducts. Wall-mounted fixtures, appurtenances, and through-wall utility penetrations to be extended to new drainage plane, new terminations and fixtures provided, some existing to be re-installed.
