American Fork City Public Works is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive streetlight repair, construction, and maintenance services throughout the City. The services required include routine maintenance such as monthly inspections of lighting systems, cleaning and minor repairs, and lamp and photocell replacements; on-call repairs with a response to outage reports within 24 hours and emergency response for hazardous conditions within 1 hour; preventive maintenance including scheduled checks for corrosion, loose hardware, or failing components, as well as pole painting and grounding inspections as needed; recordkeeping and reporting with service logs, repair history, and monthly reports detailing completed work, outage trends, and recommendations; inventory management including maintaining adequate inventory of replacement parts and materials and reporting on materials used and procurement needs; and other services as detailed in Attachment A. The site of work is the City of American Fork. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P)/Euna website. Prospective bidders are urged to register with the designated website to receive official notifications, bidding documents, and updates.
