Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Lexington, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,400-square-foot educational facility.

Henderson County Board of Education is seeking sealed bids for a Greenhouse at Lexington High School, 284 White Street, Lexington, TN 38351. Required specifications include: minimum dimensions of 40 x 60 x 10; automatic temperature control for heating and cooling; exhaust fans and horizontal air flow fans; ADA compliant doors and walkways; minimum 100 amp electrical service; automatic irrigation system and controller; installation and construction; and training provided to staff. The owner will provide the concrete pad and utilities to the site location. The greenhouse will be used for educational purposes. Bidders must be licensed, bonded, and insured. Material delivery date as well as starting and completion date on installation are required. The name, license number, expiration date, and license classification of the contractor applying to bid for the prime contract must appear on the outside of the bid envelope. Evidence of compliance with applicable state provisions is necessary. Bids must be in a sealed envelope with 'LHS Greenhouse Bid' on the outside.
