Cochise County is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and will be accepting statements of qualifications for Airport Engineering Services. The submittals will be publicly opened and read in the Procurement Department conference room at 1415 Melody Lane, Building C, Bisbee AZ 85603 at the specified response due date. Any submittal received after the specified date and time will be considered unresponsive and may not be included in the competitive pooling. Sealed submittals are to be submitted on the website outlined in the notice. Submittals must be uploaded prior to the specified time. Copies of the solicitation are available on the Cochise County Procurement Department E-Procurement website at online. Interested vendors must register prior to viewing or submitting proposals. All correspondence regarding this solicitation must be made through the e-procurement site specified. The Cochise County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any offer or any part thereof; to defer action on the offers; to reject all offers and to waive any informalities in the proposal procedures. Deviations from the solicitation specifications may be considered at the option of the Board of Supervisors. It is the Offeror's responsibility to monitor the Cochise County E-Procurement website for possible addenda to this solicitation and to inform themselves of the most current specifications, terms, and conditions and to submit their submittal in accordance with the original solicitation requirements and all addenda.
