Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Liberty, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of constructing a 24-inch water main, roadway crossings, water main valves, and a reinforced concrete vault. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities or deficiencies in any or all bids, negotiate with any or all bidders or others for more favorable terms or prices, and to award a contract to other than the bidder submitting the lowest cost bid proposal, with or without negotiation.
