The work consists of providing proposals for AMI Water Meters, including pricing and information for Ultrasonic meters, Cellular AMI endpoints, all software and hardware required for installation and rollout, as well as training and any other items needed to convert the current system and integrate with the existing billing software. The equipment is to be self-installed by the owner, so no labor is to be included in the proposal—only equipment, software, and training are required. All proposers must obtain bid documents from James C. Hailey & Company and appear on the official proposal holders list maintained by the engineer; proposals from those not on this list will not be considered. Interested parties must request documents and monitor for any addenda. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all proposals.
