BridgeValley Community & Technical College is soliciting quotations from qualified HVAC contractors to provide preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair services for the HVAC systems located within a College facility totaling approximately 76,565 square feet. Proposals must be sent electronically with all required exhibits and documents included. The email subject line must reference the bid for HVAC Maintenance and Repair. Mailed or hand-delivered submissions must include all exhibits, an original proposal, and four copies. Respondents are not permitted to contact members of the College's Board of Governors or personnel regarding the requested services or terms and conditions, with all inquiries to be submitted in writing by the specified Question Deadline. Revisions will be made by official addendum, and receipt of all addenda must be acknowledged in the submission.
