Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wooster, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Sealed bids will be received for a lab renovation. Bidders may obtain complete sets of bidding documents from SE Blueprint, 540 South Main Street, Suite 2411, Akron, OH 44311. A bid guaranty is required with each proposal, either a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to 10% of the bid, or a bond for the full amount of the bid. Upon entering into a contract, the contractor must file a bond for the contract amount, and the check or bond will be returned to the successful and unsuccessful bidders when the contract is executed. Bidders must use the forms furnished on application. The hospital reserves the right to reject any and all bids, award the contract to the lowest and/or best bidder, and waive any informalities in the bidding process. Attention is called to the requirements regarding conditions of employment under the contract.
