Site work and paving for a road / highway in Elverson, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a 9,769-square-foot road / highway.
Sealed proposals are requested for road improvement, specifically the application of oil and chip in place according to specifications, covering approximately 9769 square yards on Morningside Drive (north end) and Warwick Road from Route 23 to Route 345. All materials must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications. Proposals must be submitted using forms provided by the municipality, which can be obtained for a fee. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond for ten percent of the bid amount, payable to the municipality. Proposals must be received in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Bid Proposal Road Improvements 2026." The municipality retains the right to reject any or all proposals or any portion thereof. Double application of Oil and Chip per Township Specifications of the following roads or portion of roads : Warwick Road (east side from Route 345 to Route 23 ) and Morningside Drive ( north end from Route 23 to Warwick Road ).
