Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Fairfield, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-unit multi-residential development.
Manufactured Housing Unit, Idaho State Police, Fairfield, Idaho The project involves the development of a parcel of land for an additional Manufactured Housing Unit (MHU) for the Idaho State Police in Fairfield, Idaho. The existing four units on the property are for ITD staff, and this fifth unit will serve the Idaho State Police. The property is located north of Highway 20 at the corner of 100 North and 100 East. The scope of work includes construction of a septic/drain field, a propane gas pad for owner-supplied propane tanks, access driveway, a path to the home, and complete site grading and drainage improvements. The site already has a water distribution system fed by two wells installed under a previous contract. Instructions to bidders include requirements for a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount (including add alternates) and a Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho. Plans, specifications, and proposal forms are available for examination at designated locations, and electronic bid documents can be obtained from the architect's office at no cost by contacting maa@myersanderson.com. One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable. The estimated project cost is $470,000.
