1A 1490 Tons Super- pave 19mm Binder Course 1B 746 Tons Super-pave 19mm Binder Course Liquidated damages ap-ply at the rate of $975.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms fur-nished by the Municip-ality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be fur-nished by the success-ful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Municipality re-serves the right to re-ject any and all propos-als. Option A Parker Road - Bridge to US62 (4300LF x 18LF) Option B Parker Road - Bridge to Point (2150LF x 18LF) Furnish and place a SAMD 19mm Binder Course (Leveling) at a 3" Thickness on Parker Road.
